AUTUMN ART STUDIOS TOUR
Along with 89 other artists, I will be participating again this year in the Placer Arts Autumn Art Studios Tour Sat. Nov. 13 and Sun. Nov. 14 . My studio, at 5275 Ashby Ln., Granite Bay, will be open 9-5 both days. I have been updating my studio space, especially in the carport area. Come see the improvements in my workspace! Maps and tickets are available at Roseville Arts Blue Line Gallery, 405 Vernon St., Roseville; Lincoln Arts, 580 6th St., Lincoln; and at Placer Arts, 808 Lincoln Way, Auburn. There will be a Preview Show October 14- November 16 at the Arts Building on Lincoln Way in Auburn, with an Opening Reception Thursday, Oct. 14, 6-9 pm. The show will feature one example of each artist’s work and the participating artists will be available to greet guests and answer questions about their work.

"Brilliant Earth"
A sculpture exhibit by Judi Stickney and Deanna MarshThis exhibit celebrates the wide range of natural beauty and resources on planet earth. Deanna [ www.central-park-studio.com ] is a landscape artist who interprets nature through both wall hung and free standing sculptures. Her materials include metal, glass, stone, gems, and beaded tapestries. She has completed several commissioned commercial projects as well as many pieces for individual collectors in Northern California, elsewhere in the U.S., and internationally. Judi works in stone, gems, and bronze, frequently combining two or more of these media in her sculptures. She has developed an interest in collecting rare and unusual stones and gem specimens for her works. Her sculptures are in personal collections throughout California and the U.S.
